~Happy Easter~
I know i am a little behind on the blogging, but i still want to make sure that i document some of these things for my children to read one day. So here is Easter 2009. We did an Easter Egg Hunt at the park across the street from my parents' house. I dressed up the kids in their Easter outfits and of course took pictures!
We waited about 20 minutes and then Mackenzie decided she had to go the bathroom right then. Of course, the egg hunt started right then also so she missed most of it. Her generous brother and sister shared eggs with her :) Kienan spent most of the time looking for the winning Golden Egg, but never found it. Minna helped the kids finishing celebrating with some Easter cupcakes!
The previous Sunday my grandparents and mom joined us at church to watch the kids sing. Kyle & I were floored when we noticed that Kienan knew ALL the words to the songs. He protests church every Sunday and begs not to go. Apparently, it's not all that bad and he's really paying attention!
We colored eggs and made messes!!! Easter morning was filled with the sounds of little feet running around looking for eggs hidden by the infamous Easter bunny. We finished the day with Easter Dinner at my aunt & uncle's house with all the family! :)
And just for the record here are my three bunnies Easter 2008.
